We were there 3 years ago. I find St Anton a charming little town. The bus service is cheap, sometimes at no cost. You can easily walk to everything. Stayed at a friends's house. The night life is party hardy. Lot's of restaurants to eat in at various prices. The scenery is fantastic.

Visited St. Anton in late February - Our first visit to this renouned Ski / Board area.

Found the resort generally OK and heaps of Off-Piste, although this was all bashed out.

What I would say is that this is NOT a good resort for true beginers as the "Easy" runs are NOT that easy. Also the grading of the runs is very in-consistent with other Resorts. It seems that the Management of St. Anton, in an attempt to appeal to the widest possible market try to describe themselves as having something for every level of Ski / Boarder. In reality the Blue, Red and Black Runs are often indistinguisahble - This neither suits the beginners or the more competent. Those that have sucessfully negotiated a "Black" Run need to be carefull when they next visit a resort with Real Black Runs!

St. Anton is famous for its Mountainside Nightlife, but I am unable to comment on this attraction as I have young children.

The Swimming Pool, in town, is definitelly worth a visit - It is far better than any I have seen in any other Ski-Resort, although it is pricey.

Had a great time in St Anton, great vibe with lots of great restaurants and bars. Skiing was great even with the heavy snow and hardly any queues even on the main lifts up. Good varied selection of runs and lots of interlinking blue/red red/black. Prices are expensive but what we expected.

Stayed as the Haus Am Fang (very nice and reasonable), recommended places to eat, Anthony's Happy Valley, Pizza Pomodoro and Restaurant Fuhrmannstube.
