The Museum is a beautiful fine dining restaurant at the bottom of the blue 1 ski run down from the mountain. If you go for dinner during ski season, you will probably see skiers and boarders bombing down the slope in the dark from the apres-ski bars further up! The restaurant is very smart and atmospheric and there is an interesting museum upstairs (hence the name!).
Prices are quite expensive (starters mostly around 15€, mains generally 26-30€). Our group ended up paying 80€pp for starter, main, a few desserts/coffees and plenty of wine (including tip).
The food is excellent and worth the money. We were given some lard with bacon pieces to spread on bread as an appetiser, which was salty and savoury and delicious. I shared very good steak tartare for a starter. They kindly split the portion into two half portions, beautifully presented. Other starters looked interesting and the feedback was excellent. Mains were of the same calibre. Venison with braised red cabbage was delicious, as were tournados of beef. We had three types of wine, all of which were very good.
All in all, a very enjoyable meal but quite expensive so better for a treat than an everyday meal.
