Don't bother. Located on a busy main road. Hotel very hot. Can't open window due to noise from the road. Room (Jnr Suite) not as advertised online on booking websites. Wifi breaks every min. Poor quality breakfast and no waiters around. no bathrobe, no slippers, no tea/coffe or water in the room. 2-3 star in reality. Their idea of customer service is sarcasm and laughing and arguing with their guests. Don't bother.
restaurant for dinner ok-ish.

Ample parking big room and nice pool. The light bulbs never exceed 30w so all is dim. Supposed to be 4 star but the orange juice at breakfast is cheap fake, you are charged for a simple glass of tapwater and again if you want to use the pool. Wifi barely works. Why not charge us for the heating too? And the view?

Three of us stayed here for the Radmarathon, we booked late which is why we ended up in Oetz but can't complain.

Hotel staff were great and there is a bike/ski room in the basement with a separate entrance from the car park.

Great sized room with double bed, sofa and plenty of space, no air conditioning but not really an issue.

Dinner was typical Alpine fare and good, breakfast was a buffet and nice, lovely fresh bread and the usual ham, cheese, etc.

It has lots more facilities than we had time to use like the spa, I'd have no problem booking here again.

We spent 4 nights 2 parents with 2 children (14, 6). We got 2 large bedrooms, quiet apartment with balconies and view to the forest. Breakfast was very good.
We also had dinner a la carte three times, since it was so good! Highly recommended even if you don't stay there! If you stay I would consider taking HB.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very good for children - small warm indoor pool (which we used everyday), play room and playground.
Good location in beautiful Oetstal area, close to many activities and sightseeing.

The hotel is located in Oetz / Habichen, close to the pitoresque landscape of the Piburger lake. It takes a 15 min. walk to the beautiful lake.
The hotel offers good quality food and the staff is quite friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is frequented by bus tours with tourists aiming for an "all inclusive" or "all you can eat" experience. Those guys make a lot of noise during the day and the night... and there is a disco / bar on the ground floor. We had our room on the third floor and we could hear the sound of the disco more than well. During the day the main road in front ofe hotel is also very noisy, it is the well frequented alpine road to Timmelsjoch.
So don´t forget your ear plugs when you go there... Take your hiking shoes or MTB with you - then you can visit the Piburger lake and enjoy the beautiful landscape and quietness you are probably aiming fro when visitig the Oetztal.

Room tip: Make sure you get a room in direction of the river / forest and NOT direction main road
