We stayed here in March 2015, 7 guys on boys ski week Food was very good , a tasty breakfast and good choice, fantastic fresh squeezed orange juice , lovely food, the common areas were very smart with a nice enough quiet bar and spa area ( so I'm told didn't manage it myself) our waitress Lisa was an absolute star and wonderfully patient with a slightly over indulged group. In fairness all the staff were really helpful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the gondola which zips you up quickly so no issues there even in ski boots and ski passes all organised with no fuss, it's the slightly quieter end of town near the madelein, the gondola was busy depending on times but it seems to cope well with modern escalators etc and that can happen anywhere ....the main town is through a tunnel about 10 minutes walk....but that wasn't a problem. In fairness the main bars in town were so rammed it was quite nice to be a bit out of it...We stayed in 2 apartments, 4 in one room and 3 in another. To be honest they were just about adequate , a bit tucked away via a cranky cramped slow lift....the apartments were a bit tired and in need of a smarten up but perfectly clean. Austrian twins are probably a bit cosy for us large fellas these days but it was a place to crash after a hard day skiing , loads of après and a good meal ...just about ok , we were promised a sofa bed in the lounge area as a bail out from the snorers but these failed to appear. Wouldn't be put off , I would hope if you were in the rooms rather than apartments they would have been much better and much more in keeping with the common areas.....acid test ...would we book hotel again .....YES ....although might try for twin rooms next time rather than apartments.

We were the first time in ischgl. We really enjoyed our stay in this place. Great location a few meters away from Pardatschgrat lift. The service is impeccable and the staff extremely friendly. The facilities (gym, pool, sauna) are very clean and modern. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The buffet offered a variety of selections and was continuously refreshed. Four-course dinners were originally prepared and tasted delicious. Wine prices were a little too high.I would highly recommend the Solaria.

we spent one ski week in this hotel. It was great. I recommend this hotel to everyone . Great standard, stylish rooms, very clean. Nice spa. Breakfast & dinners served in the restaurant were deliscious. we appraciated the great location of the hotel - close to the Ischgl centre, but very quite. Only 100m from ski lift

The hotel was very good, rooms were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of delicious food on offer. After the first night the staff were very pleasant especially the barman and restaurant staff. On our early morning departure at 5 am the night porter made us coffee which was very much appreciated. The downside to this hotel was that the pool was rather small and did not open until 8am, our party like to swim before breakfast and skiing, so we were unable to use it. As mentioned by others it is a shame that smoking is permitted in the public areas and bars in Austriaand this puts us off returning.

Room tip: Fourth floor room which one of our party had was small and noisy

We have stayed this year for the second time at Solaria (family of 5) using two rooms. The rooms are very nice and stylish. The staff is very friendly and helpfull on all occasions. We have booked again for next year.

The only negative of this hotel (and most other hotels in Ischgl) is that people are allowed to smoke in the lobby.
