We have visited this hotel twice now, and have loved it both times. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, there's a lovely atmosphere and all the facilities are brilliant and clean. Only one disappointing thing with the most recent stay was that we had a room without a bath - not the end of the world but we did miss it after a long day of skiing!
Our first stay was half board, and the experience was fantastic. This is no longer offered so any evening meals are at an additional cost, but they are well worth it. We are vegans and the staff approached this with open arms - crafting a delicious menu on both of the nights we chose to dine with them. The presentation was fabulous and a lot of thought had gone into it. There was also vegan butter and milk on offer at breakfast, along with an option of porridge.
You can ski back down to the hotel (although this does get very busy at the end of the day) and it is a 5 minute walk to the Fimba lift - most of this is along a travelator so it's really no hassle.
Would definitely recommend and can't wait to plan our next visit.More
