The restaurant is excellent with very good service and food which is open most of the day. Good wine list too at sensible prices. The pool and spa are well maintained and very clean. Ski boot room plenty of space. Great for accessing the beginners slopes, 40m walk, and so good for children. Would stay again. Went with Neilson on an all inclusive but other operators also go there. The only down side is that there is no late night/early morning porter so if you arrive late or want to leave early make sure you know how to get in and out. If it was not for that the service rating would be 5 star.

Room Tip: Some brochures may lead you to think that a "studio" contains a separate bedroom, ours did not.

I can warmly recommend this place. The hotel did an unusually good impression on me.
We booked a long weekend stay in a jr. suite where all inclusive was included in the price. It was all worth it!

    Jr. suite room:
A great room I'd book again! There were beverage available in the mini-bar for free. Very roomy, modern, CLEAN(!), high ceiling and a huge balcony. Sleep quality was quite good as well. A big bathroom with bathtub and shower.

    The drink/food situation:
The all inclusive deal for this hotel is very unique. It includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, there are free drinks. This means wine/beer during lunch/dinner, refill as much as you want. A bar opens at night where drinks are free as well. Remember that you usually are limited to one drink etc. when booking an all inclusive stay, but not here!
What also did suprise me was that you get a high quality five course dinner every day which is very good. The chefs does great effort in planning the menus. The dinner is presented very nicely on the plates and it was great every time.
I can also recommend this place for vegetarians as this hotel also have alternative dishes for them. In this way I think that the hotel raises itself above a lot of others with good margins.

The hotel is located quite close to one of the main ski lifts. From there you can easily take yourself around the whole ski circus. You can buy lift card in the reception and there's a ski rental shop 50m from the entrance.

    Again, a great place!

Room Tip: Book the jr. suite, definitely worth it!

We were very pleased by the quite location, the beautiful "mansarde" room, the very good quality of the food (All inclusive)and nice wines ! We also were charmed by the very complete wellness including cosy hot tubs outside. The ski possibilities are more than sufficient, skilifts at 300m. Because of no use of Austrian highways, you don't need a vignette. We certainly will go back there.
Nice people at the reception, especially Lady Zana !!!

Room Tip: We had a very nice Mansarde Room in the new building ( room 1005)

Great ski resort, hotel meets all modern demands. Friendly staff.
One small issue is the air quality in the swimming pool

Booked as part of a Neilson ski package, the hotel was all inclusive, although the initial price seemed quite expensive, it turned out to be good value. Food was excellent, a huge choice for breakfast, 4 course supper & tasty savoury & sweet snacks greet you on your return from skiing. A wide choice of very nice wines with supper, many of which counted as inclusive such as a very nice Malbec, & in my opinion there was no need pay a supplement for the premium wines, as the inclusive range were of a pretty high standard. Three choices of main course on offer everyday, including a veggie option, suckling pig, venison, locally produced beef all featured.
Service & staff were all top class. I would certainly return!
