During a recent stay at the Custer Best Western, the Front Desk Clerk gave us drink coupons to the Captain’s Table which is adjacent to the hotel. Since it had come highly recommended, we decided to give it a try. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and immediately seated. The atmosphere was somber, with low lighting and quiet. The restaurant did not have very many customers. The wait staff was friendly, but the service was mediocre. We dined on Atlantic cod (under cooked) and spaghetti with meat sauce (noodles were under cooked) and adult beverages. Neither of us finished our meal. The entrees were pricey for what you get. For all the kudos, we were not impressed.
