You can just drive through this park, which just consists of lots of trees, winding roads, and maybe some bison. Or you can ride horses at Blue Bell. Or you can camp in the many many campsites or cabins. To stay in this park you CANNOT pay at the campsite. You have to make reservations online or by phone. There are directions for doing this at the campgrounds, but it's a pain in the butt. The cabins are cheap and very nice. They have heat and AC, outside bathrooms, porches, fire rings (which you may not be allowed to use if there is a burn ban). Center Lake is the least touristy. It is small with fairly clear water, lots of trout, and a nice swimming beach. Reservations can only be made the day of your stay. But the best kept secrest is the series of walk-in lakes for fishing. Beware bison while walking to these lakes. But the fishing in these little lakes is amazing.
