Second stay at Hotel Mazarin. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Comfortable rooms. Outstanding breakfast. Breakfast has been complimentary but is changing to be additional charge.

The rooms were clean and the design was very different. I liked the hotel but the bars closed earlier on site, the breakfast is $17, The parking is ridiculously pricey when self-parking across the street is so less expensive. The access cards didn't work to enter through the lobby after a night on Bourbon St.

The staff is nice but $180 for a stay should be met with less technicalities.

Excellent location to French Quarters as only half block from bourbon Street. Room was clean and excellent bed and pillows. Would come back again next time in New Orleans. Had a great stay at this hotel.

There is a bar near the hotel and the band from a nearby bar was so loud that it sounded like it was right outside our window. The band and the DJ didn't stop until 5am. We didn't get to sleep until 5:30 am. I have stayed at a hotel across the street from the Mazarin and have never heard the band. We changed our flight and left the next day. The breakfast was not very good. The hotel itself was fine. If it wasn't for the band it would have been ok.

Room tip: Try to get a room that isn't on Bourbon Street.

Dear TMP4228,

We are very sorry that you had such a loud night recently. The college football championship brought a lot of people to town so there were extra events happening. This is not a common occurrence and hopefully does not prevent you from visiting us again. I recommend our deluxe or petite king rooms for future stays, as they are in the rear of the hotel away from the street.

Warm regards,

Gregory Guarisco
Front Office Manager

I stayed at Hotel Mazarin with two other girlfriends for a long weekend, and we were very pleased with our stay. The front desk and concierge were incredibly helpful and friendly, and were very accommodating when we needed some special assistance. Beds were super comfy, showers were hot with great pressure, and rooms were very clean. The hotel itself was very charming, and in a great location. The fruit water in the lobby was a perfect touch, and we had a wonderful stay!
