Absolutely terrible. Room wasn't ready on time (45 mins late) weren't offered a drink while waiting ( other customers were upgraded and given free drinks) Don't pay extra for a better room with a view, it's not guaranteed and all we got were views of an alleyway and dumpsters ( and the creepy guys with binoculars sitting in the parking garage of the hotel opposite) DEFINITELY not worth the extra money! Now find they have taken extra $500 from my account but can't get anyone to sort it until Monday. The best thing about the hotel was the doormen, friendliest and most helpful that I've ever encountered.
