Rooms comfortable, hallways average, elevators unique and take some getting use to, you enter your floor number and get onto the elevator with no floor buttons look for lights on inside of elevator doors when they open to know if thats your elevator or not. No ice machine on 23 floor, its been removed but not replaced for quite a while according to employees. Meeting room facilities nice and accommodating. I did get served an Ice Tea with red lipstick half way around the glass, kind of killed my appetite. Went to lobby asked young lady on duty where I can print board pass, she said she did not know I would have to go to front desk about 10 yards away where there was quite a line to check in, I looked just opposite the front desk and there was the "Print Board Pass " station in lobby area. Internet was not easily accessible in meeting rooms. Location great for waling around town.

Room Tip: River view room is nice.

Great job on the remodel. We stayed before, during, and after they remodeled. Much better now! The lobby bar is awesome when they have the big screen down with a game on. Club level is great. Snacks are good and service is great up there too. The new digs look super swanky.

We are grateful for the feedback and hearing the details of your experience. Thank you for joining us. Our Sheraton Club Lounge certainly has excellent views, food, and service. I am pleased you enjoyed that experience along with our Pelican Bar on the lobby level. We look forward to having you back the next time you decide to visit New Orleans.

Very nice, standard chain hotel with lots of extras. Starbucks downstairs and nice big full service bar/restaurant. Lots of choices and excellent location right next to French Quarter and walking distance to WWII museum.

Room Tip: Try to get a room facing the Mississippi River.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this Sheraton and it is ve rnice. Location is reasonably located to the French Quarter and sites areas in and around it. The parking fees are very steep, so if you can cab it you are much better off.

Recently renovated (just in time for the 2013 Super Bowl) the rooms are nicely appointed, very clean, and comfortable. Food is good, although we only ate breakfast there. The breakfast buffett is very good, but a little pricey ate $22.00 per. However, if you add up an ala carte breakfast, you are spending just about the same, but get less choices and foods, so you are better off with the buffett.

Room Tip: stay ont he concierge level if you can ..cost is a little more, but well worth it.

I stayed at the Sheraton New Orleans during the Sugar Bowl 2014. It was an aweful experience. First, we waited almost an hour on Canal street to turn into the drive up. When we got there, the parking attendants told us that their parking lot was full and that we would have to park our own can about 1/2 mile a way for about $40. I jumped out the car at 3:30pm. The check-in time was 3:00 but there was no rooms ready. The lobby was a mad house of people clustered around their luggage. I parked my car and walked back the 1/2 mile to find that my room was still not ready. I was told that they would call my cell phone when the room was ready. We ate in the lobby restaurant/bar which was not very good for New Orleans. After 2 hours of me asking the receptionist every 30 minutes, they finally had my room ready around 6pm. I never received a phone call. The room was good with nice views and was clean. About 2 hours after the game, upon arrival back to the hotel I was extremely frustrated when welcomed by a lobby full of people. There was literally hundreds of people in the lobby waiting to get on the elevators that can only take 12 people max at a time and has a silly floor system. It took about 30 minutes to get to our room. Check out the next day was equally painful, with long elevator waits and a mass of people walking all over the area to get their cars. We never received an apology from any hotel staff. I have stayed in New Orleans at other hotels during very large events including basketball games and national championships and have never had such an experience. They were not prepared for the large influx of people they should have expected during such an event. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel worthy of the Sheraton name. Great location within walking distance to everything. Great service, great rooms but not so great parking fees. $45 is crazy. Also no free WIFi! Yes in this day and age in a top of the line hotel... A charge for wifi. Just absurd.
