Rooms comfortable, hallways average, elevators unique and take some getting use to, you enter your floor number and get onto the elevator with no floor buttons look for lights on inside of elevator doors when they open to know if thats your elevator or not. No ice machine on 23 floor, its been removed but not replaced for quite a while according to employees. Meeting room facilities nice and accommodating. I did get served an Ice Tea with red lipstick half way around the glass, kind of killed my appetite. Went to lobby asked young lady on duty where I can print board pass, she said she did not know I would have to go to front desk about 10 yards away where there was quite a line to check in, I looked just opposite the front desk and there was the "Print Board Pass " station in lobby area. Internet was not easily accessible in meeting rooms. Location great for waling around town.
