We were first time travelers to NOLA. Not only was the city amazing, we found this hotel to be warm, welcoming and a great ambassador for all things New Orleans. It also proved to be a wonderful, warm, embracing island amidst all the craziness that is Bourbon Street. The location just might be the best in the French Quarter! The staff defines hospitality; the ENTIRE staff. The bellmen are amongst the best there are and their advice on local eateries was excellent.

Room Tip: While for overlooking Bourbon Street it was amazingly quiet, a better bet might be to request poolsi...

Excellent location in the French Quarter to see and do everything without having to deal with driving. The customer service was exceptional and the concierge was extremely knowledgable and helpful. The bar attached to the hotel is a very well known and with highly acclaimed bartenders.

My husband and I were in New Orleans celebrating his 37th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Our room was on the 6 the floor, which is supposed to be haunted but we had a quiet and relaxing time. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and friendly. The hotel itself is quite luxurious and in excellent French Quarter location. We were within walking distance to many of the excellent places, including Bourbon street and Jackson Square. The hotel bar was great as well! We will certainly be staying again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

I almost hate to write how happy I was with my stay at Bourbon Orleans because I am a frequent, long time visitor to New Orleans and once word spreads about the hotel it will be booked solid when I want to return. Fantastic, central location in the French Quarter, great value, beautiful lobby and friendly, stylish bar with great lounge acts. Large bathroom (walk-in shower), comfy bed, large closet, very clean. Finally, was very impressed with breakfast buffet. Service was quick, courteous and tasty food at a bargain price for a hotel buffet. Highly recommend.

Hello,

I just wanted to share my feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. I was with the PH group and the service was exceptional, they were happy to deliver with anything we needed anytime we asked.

My room was small but as expected given the tight quarters of such a historic hotel. My bed was fabulously comfortable, my only regret was not spending more time sleeping in it and I am still feeling the effects of that.

Hope to see you again next year if you'll have us.

Cheers!

Wonderful location for staying in the French Quarter. Conveniently located close to almost everything. And the customer service was outstanding. Even the bar attached to the hotel offered wonderful service. Can't wait to go back and stay again.

We were five women, many of us on our first trip to New Orleans. The hotel was charming, clean, in a wonderful location close to everything. I especially liked the bathrooms, large, modern with luxurious towels. The Breakfasts were tasty and you could get a small breakfast of fruit and yoghurt or oatmeal, save a few calories for the rest of the day! Wonderful staff, would stay here again for sure.
