We loved the location, comfortable and clean room, and wonderful staff, especially the valet staff. Breakfast, however, was a fiasco twice in a row. Although the food that was available was excellent, the kitchen and restaurant managers need refresher courses in time managment and ordering. There was a line each morning to be seated. On our first day there, we saw a group leave because they could not get served. This was repeated on the second day, as well. There was a long wait time to be seated, then up to 30 minutes passed before patrons were even acknowledged. MANY menu items were not available. A wait person might carry out a plate of toast, but not have in his/her free hand a coffee pot or order tablet, etc. This started each day with frustration for all involved. Perhaps a review of the restaurant in general would be helpful. It was very disappointing considering the prices and the excellence of the rest of the hotel.
