We had a great time it was the best birthday ever. The staff were so nice. The bellman Derrick was friendly and very helpful. It is in a great spot to walk to everything. We were on the top floor
Very nice view. We will definitely be back. Excellent job on customer service, very professional. Beautiful hotel inside.

Close to everything, Charming newly remodelled room. nice pool, functional workout room. We have been staying here everytime we come to New Orleans and this is my 7th stay in this hotel never been disappointed. The room are a bit expensive especially around holiday time but the location is great.

We stayed at Bourbon Orleans for three nights and found the total hotel experience excellent. The Check in process was easy and quick. The elevator is slightly small and appears to be a little older but we did not have any issues with it. The room we were given was on the 6th floor with a view of the swimming pool. We were worried the room at the hotel would be loud due to Southern Decadence but were very pleased with how quiet the room turned out to be. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was an excellent size with a great layout. I really liked the shower knob being on the opposite wall of the walk in shower. The location of the hotel can't be beat!! Would definitely stay here again.

Stay four nights at Bourbon Orleans from August 23rd-August 27th, 2012. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, informative and courteous. Tanner, Alex, and Kianna were fantastic at the front desk keeping us informed of any changes in our itinerary. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated and clean. The hotel was within five to seven block walking distance for the majority of our activities. We felt very safe and secure in the French Quarter. Judy Labronk was great at scheduling our reservations and answering all of our questions long distance. 5 STARS for the staff and the hotel. Thanks so much for making our recent trip delightful, secure and memorable. We hope everyone is safe after Hurrican Isaac.

Room Tip: Elevator was noisy (sounded like grindy of gears). Request room away from elevators.

I checked in to the Borbon Orleans the day after Hurricane Isaac hit the city. I was able to get the room I wanted on the first floor with a pool view without any problem.even though I had initially booked thru a discount online site. the front desk clerk was accommodating and did so with a big smile.
After getting unpacked and settled into my newly remodeled beautiful room, I discovered a slight problem so I went back and spoke with Chris the manager on duty.
Chris was great, he apologized profusely and was genuinely concerned and said he would move me to another room.
I agree and was moved to an awesome 2 story room that I loved.
The staff was so attentive to every need,
The next day I met the general manager Mark Wilson who was delightful and obviously the inspiration for his well trained, courteous, caring staff.
The bar/restaurant manager who was new to this property also went out of his way to ensure I was happy. And I was!!
I can't wait till my next visit to New Orleans and will only stay at the Bourbon Orleans.
They are hands down the customer service winners in this city ,the Ritz Carlton has nothing on them!!

Room Tip: All are great, but being of the Bourbon Street side is quieter!

We just spent 4 nights in NOLA at this hotel. The location is superb in the French Quarter as was the attitude of the staff. Every request was honored, and Tanner and Kianna tat he front desk went out of their way to grant our requests. We were able to secure a balcony king room overlooking Orleans but certainly close enough for the Bourbon Strret nose to waft in, so if you want quiet, you might want to request a courtyard view. Our friend had booked a queen room which was small and faced a wall, so he upgraded. Definitely do not get that one!

Our room was very large and comfy - large closet, large granite bath with walk in shower and long countertop. The mattress was just ok and they had no feather pillows which was both disappointing and uncomfortable. But the linens and duvet were good and the air conditioning exceptional. The housekeeping was good even though we had a communication problem which thy made up for with a plate of chocolate covered strawberries!

The Bourban O bar was pretty sad, and the breakfast room was usually understaffed, but the weekend brunch was good and the staff sincerely tried are to please.

Overall, a good stay. The renovations aren't yet complete - elevators sorely need updating, and it was a bit disheartening to have one of the valets ask us each day if we were checking in (were we really that forgettable?). Please note that the parking garage is 15 blocks away so it takes at least 30 minutes to pretrieve your car. If you are planning on using your car frequently, this is not the best hotel for you. Derrick the bellman was gret a d gw always remembered us

Room Tip: Try to get a balcony room overlooking Orleans
