I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. This was my first overnight trip to New Orleans and I definitely got my moneys worth. The staff was very nice and courteous. Couldn't ask for better staff and service. The rooms were amazing, amazing, amazing! They upgraded my room to a balcony suite, and it was well worth it. I will definitely book this hotel each and everytime I return. The location was so convienent to walk Bourbon and the French Quarter. The interior of the hotel is just breathtaking and the courtyard looks so inviting. I would recommend anyone to this hotel. Thank you for such an awesome stay!

My stay at your hotel was wonderful. This was me and my best friends first time in New Orleans and your hotel made our experience wonderful. The staff was very nice. One of your employees in particular I believe her name was Keyona.. she works at the front desk. She was very helpful, informative and just a overall nice person. She is a great asset to your hotel staffing. We will be back next year!

The title of my review says it all. This property greatly exceeded my expectations. I was in town for the New Orleans Traditional Jazz Camp along with a co-worker. From the moment we walked in, we were wowed.

From the Welcome Cocktail, to the newly refurbished rooms, all was in order. Particularly helpful was the night clerk Alexander. Whether it was the best advice for a coffee shop, a restaurant or a specialty bar, he was right on the money every time.

Given that part of the hotel is along Bourbon Street, I expected to be inundated with noise. Surprisingly, only Friday night could the crowd be heard. Even then it was muffled and barely audible so sleep was not a problem.

Oh, I might also mention that this hotel does a nice job on the little touches as well. I understand it's not every Friday, but they had a poolside BBQ when I was there. Can't think offhand of seeing something similar elsewhere.

Definitely plan on highly recommending this hotel for future travelers.

The room was VERY nice...had a room with double beds. Very roomy. The mattress was soooo comfortable. I even pulled back the linens to see what kind it was. Was on the first floor. Did not have any problem with noise. Shower in room was a little weird. Shower was covered with a half door...but it did not pose any problem. Nice looking bathroom. Nice breakfast. Was given a free complimentary drink in the bar. Hotel in walking distance to everything. Would stay there again. Staff very nice and helpful. Valet parking was FABULOUS. Did not need car til ready to leave since hotel is near everything.

Room Tip: Room on first floor on back of hotel VERY QUIET. Wonderful a/c Pool area very nice. No noises heard...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeknights in mid-July. I was a bit concerned about noise (being only 1/2 block off Bourbon) but we had a courtyard-facing king room on the 4th floor and never heard a thing. I've stayed in the Quarter at more expensive hotels but Bourbon Orleans was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the carpets were clean. Room had a safe and multiple selections of pillows. The bathroom was very nice, but no tub. The walk in shower had no door but a glass partition which meant some water would splash onto the floor. The staff from doormen, to front desk to bartenders all exceedingly enhanced the guest experience. We really enjoyed our stay and without question would stay here again.

Checked in very late and was still met with great service!! Asked for upgrade and was accommodated with no issue. Morning breakfast service was outstanding!! Always met with a smiling face and pleasant attitude.

Room was king. Very large closet. Nice bathroom. Very roomy for New Orleans and a great rate for the close proximity to Bourbon Street. Soft bedding and very clean.

Loud at night some but if you are familiar with your location when you book it comes with the territory.

Would stay again! Room 201.
