Dinner at One in the Riverbend area of New Orleans. Limited seating so make reservations. Very Bleu cheesey. Good if you are a fan of Bleu cheese. Beet salad overwhelms with the dressing unless you mix in the goat cheese croutons. Then it is very tasty. I had the fish (sole) special. Excellent. Wife had Sashimi Tuna (large fresh portion) & Coq Au Vin (there take was crispy drumstick). Delicious & a ample portion. One of the Owners hosting, the other was the Exec Chef. Also have a neat Kitchen Bar where you can eat & watch them cook. Fun place.
