Myself and my husband spent two nights at this wonderful place. Tom and Patricia were excellent friendly hosts who took the time to explain the district and offer advice. We were upgraded to a larger room as we arrived in a quiet period, what a lovely generous gesture! The room was amazing, the bed comfortable and the linen and towels fabulous.
We loved the breakfasts and the choices available. We also thought the 'honesty' bar was an excellent idea. The locations is perfect for getting to all the wonderful places to see. We didn't see them all, so its a good excuse to go lback.
My husband was very impressed with Toms knowledge of English soccer!

We spent four nights at Maison Perrier in early March and enjoyed it immensely. The Bed and Breakfast is in the Garden district and we were able to walk each night to excellent restaurants recommended by Tom. The street car is barely a block away and easily takes you back and forth to the French Quarter. The Bed and Breakfast itself was clean and beautfiully decorated. Breakfasts were delicious and afternoon brownies were a big hit with my hubby. The honor bar system works well, and I enjoyed a few glasses of wine relaxing on the veranda. We have since recommended Maison Perrier to several friends and would gladly return there if we ever again travel to New Orleans.

Room Tip: We stayed in Ruby, part of the annex to the main house, and found it to be perfect--quiet and comfor...

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Maison Perrier, and we feel confident giving this beautiful establishment a 5-star rating. I had chosen this B & B based upon the excellent reviews I found on Tripadvisor, and it exceeded what I had hoped to find. Tom and Patricia are delightful and knowledgable hosts, and we were directed to some of their favorite places to dine. We stayed in the Dolly Room which is charming, and has a balcony overlooking Perrier Street where you can sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine and just relax. The kingsized bed was comfy, and the room and bathroom are spotless. 2 fluffy robes are provided for the guests, lovely soaps, and a conditioning shampoo. You don't need to bring a hairdryer either, which is always a nice plus. From 5:30-6:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, there is a wine (or beer)/cheese Happy Hour, and the wine and cheese have been carefully selected by the hosts. From 8:30-9:30 am, there is a hot breakfast, and it's well worth enjoying this delicious breakfast fare before you head out for your adventures in New Orleans. I think the French toast with pecans was one of the most savory culinary delights I enjoyed in New Orleans throughout this past 4-day weekend! I am also glad that I took Tom's suggestion about contacting a driver they use who can pick you up and take you from the NOLA airport to the B&B and return you to the airport at the end of your trip. Erikson is excellent, charming, and prompt. (We're really glad we didn't bother w/ a rental car b/c you can access all you want by walking, using the street cars, buses, and taxis.) You will be enchanted by Maison Perrier, too.

Room Tip: Read as many reviews as you can before you choose. I selected the Dolly Room based upon other guests...

We spent 3 nights at Maison Perrier and most certainly recommend the experience. It's located in the Garden District and surrounded by nice restaurants attended mostly by locals (interesting if you're trying to avoid the touristic restaurants). The owners are extremely nice and go out of their way to let you know about the attractions in town. Thanks for the great time, Tom and Pat!

Our room was lovely and Tom and Patricia were very helpful. It was wonderful going out for periods of time and knowing that we had such a relaxing environment waiting for us when we got back. The honor bar system was really cool. I liked staying in the Garden District and it was very easy to get to different neighborhoods around town. The breakfasts (hot and cold) were filling and delicious.

Our rooms Pamela and Rose were gorgious, quiet, with amazingly comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. All the details you can think of are there (even a robe). Breakfast is just what you expect in a delightful setting. We loved to be able to sit on the porch in the quiet street, to grab a glass of wine or a brownie after coming from a long walk... And the owners are very kidsfriendly and made us feel at home. You can't go wrong if you stay there!

Room Tip: The sister building behind the main building is very quiet.

The six of us (three couples) wanted a garden district place where we could relax at breakfast and at late-night and where we each could have accommodations that suited each couple's needs. Maison Perrier is it...and more! The location is perfect for walking and riding the St. Charles streetcar. Tom & Patricia could not be any more perfect as hosts - they advised us on food, directions and generally took care of us. The breakfast was ideal for all our needs - vegetarian, hot, cold, with a creole touch. The minimal pay-as-you-go bar was great for late nights...as were the brownies! I cannot say enough great things about this place - just don't reserve it the next time that we want to visit New Orleans!

Room Tip: Second floors are generally less noisy. "Bea" was great!
