We ate here after getting off our cruise ship august 2013 it was a Thursday the food was good service great, the next day was Friday and we went back all the prices were $5 more they said this was the weekend menu, same foods just higher prices. We complained and said we were going to leave so he gave us the prices from yesterday, never had a place do that to a menu to trick customers

We were staying in the French Quarter and this restaurant was located directly accross the street so decided to try it. I took the shrimp Poboy and the portion was way above my appetite and was very delicious. The service is extremely fast and the menu is well varied to satisfy everybody's palet

We had brunch on a Monday. Old style cooking with large portions. Tasty. Friendly staff. Probably could tone down the sports bar atmosphere.

Our party of 5 ate here very late on Labour Day weekend. Between all of us we had the blackened gator bites (full of a lot of Cajun flavour), gumbo (my friend kept repeating how great it was), crawfish étouffée (tasty), the seafood platter & a shrimp po boy (both fried goodness, but not sensational), and kentucky bourbon pecan pie (fine). The menu is certainly varied, you're bound to find something on it. The servers were all very professional and patient with us amidst many questions, requests, and silly, bordering on obnoxious behaviour. We were also finishing our meals past closing. They work hard putting up with inebriated Bourbon St. tourists.
