“Local and lovin' it!”

I live and work in the French Quarter and Alberto's is one of my go-to spots! They serve their full menu all day and my top pics include the customizable breakfast sandwich, the muffuletta (best in town in my opinion), and the sangria! Do not miss this spot in New Orleans!

“Best Muffuletta in town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 16, 2014

We visited here after a long day so hunger was high. My partner is a veggie and NOLA is not the greatest place for Veggies!

The Veggie Muffuletta at this place was big enough (and tasty enough) to be a meal by itself.

It is a little pricey but worth it as the food is prepared fresh.

“Great Sandwiches but expensive and slow service”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2014

Located in the middle of the French Market. It is one of the only places I could find that sells ‘takeaway’ sandwiches. So if you don’t want to sit down in a restaurant but rather eat your meal in one of the parks or on the waterfront – this is not a bad option. Yet there are 2 downsides to this place: it is expensive (a sandwich can cost almost as a dish in a restaurant) and you can wait a long time till they will make you your sandwich (in my case 20min).

“Wow is all I can say about this place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 10, 2013

Really wanted a muffaletta while in New Orleans and of all I've had in my life this place has the best , the price is cheap and the sandwich is great , they have a homemade olive salad for the sandwich and it is mind blowing , if you only eat one sandwich while in New Orleans make it this one

“Great Menu of Healthy Food & Top Service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 29, 2013

I visited Alberto's in the French Market & knew immediately what to order. The Salad of organic mixed greens, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, apple, pistachios & balsamic vinaigrette. The plate was piled high & was ever so fresh & tasty.
There is a reasonable selection on the menu here from which to choose. Table seating is opposite & your meal is brought to you.
