Description: We invite you to come in to see our beautiful renovation project, and sample favorites from renowned Louisiana Chef, Nathan Richard. Richard has a strong background in the art of charcuterie, and the culinary instinct of a born-and-raised Louisianan. Chef Richard loves to experiment with flavors, and has brought to our quasi-British menu a Cajun twist. Instead of traditional bangers and mash, you'll find bangers and grits with black pudding and onion pan gravy. Scotch Eggs are served with boudin and collard greens. In addition to our dinner menu, we offer a wide selection of cocktails, bar snacks, and desserts. And don't forget-live music nightly! The bar is well known for the best and largest martini selection in town - single malt scotches, ports, reserved bourbons and premium cigars. Live music nightly showcases a changing cadre of small ensembles, jazz and cabaret performers. Happy Hour: Daily: 4pm - 7pm Dining Hours: Sun - Thurs: 4pm - 10pm Fri - Sat: 4pm - 11pm

“A Creole Thanksgiving with good food”
Reviewed December 10, 2013

We experienced our Thanksgiving dinner this year with friends at this restaurant in New Orleans. It was not our first choice but it was one of the only restaurants in the French Quarter that was serving traditional Thanksgiving dinner as well as offering southern cooking. We had a reservation, but still had to wait at the bar. The restaurant was not very crowded. It is located in a historic building, with a very dark, dimly lit interior. The cocktails were very good although the bartender was not very excited about serving us. Maybe she did not like the fact she had to work on Thanksgiving? Our waiter for our dinner service was much nicer, although they did mix up our food order. The food was very good, but I think the bread pudding is not the greatest. We had a nice time and would return to this restaurant.

“We only had appetizers and cocktails but they were Great!”
Reviewed December 7, 2013

I must start by saying we arrived here at Happy Hour. As far as cost/value, this was our best meal in New Orleans. We ate appetizers and drank Martinis (the crab fondue is a must!) and spent very little money. Would like to go back for dinner sometime

“We loved this place!”
Reviewed November 24, 2013

Great place to meet and converse. There was live music via a piano player (a very good one!). The Happy Hour offers $4.00 martinis and other drink specials. There is also a $2.00 (yes, $2.00!) food special. We ordered the drum fish slider...very tasty. There is only one food offering at happy hour. The service was excellent. The location is only 1/2 block off of Bourbon St. and easy to find - if you look.

“Love this place!”
Reviewed November 18, 2013

I recently returned from a trip to New Orleans and this was our favorite place to go in the evening. We ate there one night and all 4 of us loved the meal. The service was outstanding and the staff incredibly friendly. They have music also, not necessarily jazz. The night we ate there they had a piano player (Good). The next night, we stopped for a drink after dinner and there was a guy playing every musical instrument you can think of. You have to check the place out. There are nice tables in the bar area and some very charming and private booths in the back.
