This place is the best for a burger and good cocktails. It's always packed but that's ok, it's worth the wait. Burgers are amazing and are topped with shredded cheese and is served with a small baked potato. Can get any better than this. Love it!

This bar was right near our Airbnb, so we stopped in on our way to the heart of the Quarter to grab a drink for the walk. Bunch of people hanging out outside drinking - dark, divey vibe inside. Heard about the burgers but didn't come in to eat.

Friendly bartenders and locals up at the bar. Had their Monsoons (equivalent of Hurricane) to go.

Ok, so a friend recommended this place because the oh-so-awesome burger and baked potato they serve here. Honestly what i enjoyed the most was the drink. I had a jumbo red turtle, it was the bomb. I initially ordered a medium cooked burger it came out barely cooked so i sent it back for a well done one, but it was pretty bland, i didn't finish it. They don't serve real bacon, their "bacon bits" are actually fake bacon from what out server told us. The potato was also bland. Overall, I would go back only for the drinks.

Well I have heard and now I have experienced! Get there around 10:30(line out the door when we left ) and wait for the doors to open. Chat with whom ever arrives, you never know if you'll find a new friend or get a good tip from a local. We were the first to arrive and did so! Table for 3 and we shared the cheeseburger and baked potato. Would not have paired those two, but it was perfect.
Get a large monsoon and then walk, walk, walk the quarter! I am definitely going back there! (May not share that burger next time! Yummmm. )

Port of Call has the best burger in New Orleans. Be sure to pair it with a loaded baked potato and you are good to go. There are not many things on the menu but you can not beat the atmosphere or the food. Port of Call is a locals place, so you know the food is good.
