As briefly as I can put it, we had a group of 12 dining here on business. The wait staff took 15 minutes to acknowledge our table to take drink orders. It took another 25 minutes to receive our drinks. A waiter knocked a full glass of red wine onto one of our guests and said, "Dude, I am sooo sorry" He then walked away and returned 5 minutes later with a bundle of cloth napkins that were wet with water. Not once did anyone else come back to the table to offer their apologies. No waiter, no management. Our guest was completely covered form head to toe in red wine. it ruined his pants and shirt and was even in his shoes. Now on to the food. It just was not good. In a city were cuisine is the best in the world, I was incredibly disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Bourbon House is good, but not great. Like some of the other reviews here, we too had very slow service. Also, the steaks were inconsistently cooked. For a nice atmosphere steakhouse though, the prices are very reasonable and the bourbon selection is fantastic (and appropriately priced).

Service was slow. Lots of yes mam and yes sir but short on execution. Food was ok. Not out of the world.

A high end restaurant, serving great food. Sit at a table in the window and people watch while you enjoy a good meal. Service was prompt and good. This place is a good escape from the crowds while still in amongst it.
Highly recommended.
