“One of a number of places to find really good food”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

No freezer, no microwave, no problem! K-Pauls prides itself on the fact that all foods are fresh. The menu changes daily since the cooks only use the freshest ingredients in the markets.
A meal for two will be a little over $100 but that includes two glasses of good wine. The wait staff is top notch. The atmosphere is casual and few diners were in formal attire. New Orleans is renowned for is Cajun, Creole, and Southern styles of cooking. The founder of this establishment is often given credit for combing these into the widely copied versions of his dishes. There are a number of good places to eat in New Orleans and any visitor should think about eating a meal here.

“A New Orleans Staple ”
Reviewed December 12, 2013 via mobile

If you think this place is old an stuffy, you'd be very mistaken. K- Paul's is out of this word fantastic! Everything about this place cries out New Orleans, from its service to its food. All the locals have loved this place for decades, and now I know why. So when in New Orleans, run don't walk you love K-Paul's to.

“Food Too Rich”
Reviewed December 9, 2013 via mobile

OK so call me clueless. K-Pauls serves rich food, of course. But the heaviness and density of fat, cheese etc just did nt work for me Sunday night. I skipped my au gratin potatoes and ate only half the stuffed pork chop. My wifes veal had an unusual but captivating taste. Service splendid. Good wines by the glass for a price. Guess its not my style. Andouille sausage beyond belief fantastic.

“Excellent food - great spot”
Reviewed December 8, 2013

Delicious fresh food - only problem is that menu is changed daily and there wasn't much of choices for my taste. However what I chose was amazing.

“Absolutely delicious”
Reviewed December 7, 2013 via mobile

We were told that k Pauls was open at lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Thank goodness!!! Likely the best food of the trip. True Louisiana cooking. Absolutely exquisite dishes prepared and brought to your table. Much more affordable then at dinner but with the same quality.
