K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen introduced creole/Cajun cuisine to America. I have been eating here since Paul Purdhomme was one of the few celebrity chefs in the country. I have the first edition of his original cookbook. We recently hosted a business dinner in one of their second floor private rooms. The beef with debris sauce and the Cajun martinis were a big hit with our crowd. Everyone was pleased and stuffed by the end of dinner. Make reservations, go for special occasions, or just dinner with friends. I have never been disappointed.
