The Sunday brunch is really enjoyable - and judging by the fullness of the dining rooms, a lot of other folks think so as well. Personal and personable. Only regret: although they try to assist, getting a cab FROM there can sometimes take a while - don't know situation for dinner.

My husband took me here for Valentine's Day. We had the most wonderful brunch. The strawberry shortcake was amazing. The waiter was wonderful and the view from our table on the second floor was great. This was by far one of my favorite brunches in New Orleans. We loved the music, too.

In all my travels to New Orleans, I had never eaten at Commander's Palace until this year. I was NOT disappointed! The service was impeccable. No less than 5 people attended to our every need during lunch. We were greeted by name by staff as we were seated. I've eaten better food, but have never been treated with such service! A bucket list item marked off!

This is a great restaurant with fine Creole food, a beautiful setting in the upstairs dining room, and great service. A must for anyone visiting the Crescent City.

Every time we visit the Big Easy....this is a MUST on the list.
It's not just a meal out....it's an experience.
We planned to only have lunch there as you get to still experience the great food, and experience without blowing the bank.
Our lunch was flawless from start to finish. On our last day in town we reflected on how wonderful this place is every time we come so we thought.....one more meal before going home so we came back for dinner!
Go early, take a walk around the neighborhood, step back in time and then head in to the restaurant where you will be made to feel like royalty. The entire service staff were there to greet us and shown through the windy hallways to our dining room.
A beautiful garden courtyard to look out over as you start your meal....we were in the garden room.....
Must haves: 25 cent martini at lunch Mon-Fri, bread pudding souffle, turtle soup. All signature dishes.

Thank you Commander's....you are still my favorite and you have a loyal customer for life.
