Food, wine, staff, décor... ALL TOP NOTCH! Food can't get any better -- and I have traveled all over. Wine room is a real treat, and if Chef Folse is in the restaurant, he will make sure he makes the rounds, welcoming everyone. AWESOME guy!!! Down to earth, friendly, smart, interesting, kind.... not at all snobby or uppity like a lot of chefs are who won't give you the time of day and not even close to being "hokey" as you would find with someone like Emeril or Paula Deen! He genuinely cares about his food -- lots of flavors and lots of textures -- and not just about making money. His staff all told us how much they enjoy working with him -- he treats everyone like family! The ONLY thing I wish they would do differently is change the lighting at the dining tables inside the kitchen. The concept is wonderful, so that you can see what's going on, but the lighting is way too bright. One of my favorite restaurants ever!
