When we checked in the hotel staff was very pleasant. "Galo" took our luggage up and was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice, and very clean. Once we left and forgot to remove the do not disturb notice. We realized our mistake when we arriveed back at the hotel. Within 5 minutes maid service was there to clean to clean the room.
The only downer to our stay at Harrah's was the Buffet. I rate it at NWTB (not worth twenty bucks). If you must eat the buffet, be sure and play 30 minutes and get it free. At least that way, you won't waste your money.
The slots were lots of fun. We didn't win anything, but at least we won enough to play on for a while.
Other than the terrible buffet, I cannot stress how exceptional the hotel and staff were. The buffet was the only restaurant we tried at the hotel because there are so many exceptional restaurants in New Orleans. We will definately return at the next opportunity.

One of my favorite Harrah's in US. Top class service, wonderful food, and great atmosphere. I just happen to be going again tommorow and I cannot wait to get there. The suites in this hotel are to die for and the food is absolutely delicious. For all the complainers, you must be impossible to satisfy. Some people are just like that. Take it from one that travels very regularly, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful new hotel, superior staff. The bathroom was quite possibly the nicest I've ever seen in a hotel. Spectacular river view. After check in, we were escorted to our room where the valet showed us all of the features and how to work them. Every day we were greeted in the lobby by name, both when adventuring out and when returning. Genuinely warm and kind staff.

Take a city tour. It is well worth it. The hotel is beautiful. The casino is one of the friendliest we have ever been in. We usually go to Vegas and tried this once. Going back in November!
