What a treat! Clean, well taken care of. Friendly helpful staff. We were welcomed with wine with cheese, fruit and chocolate dipped strawberries because our room was not available when the previous guest did not leave. In consolation, Channel at the desk, offered breakfasts every day. She also gave us an outside room rather than on the indoor courtyard. The restaurant staff were great and the breakfasts were delicious. Love that thick New Orleans cafe au lait! Tip: street parking is free on holidays and Sundays.

Room Tip: More light through the street windows than inner courtyard windows. Not loud on the street at all.

The Renaissance Arts Hotel is beautiful! The staff let us know they just did renovations on the rooms. Very clean, good size. Wonderful staff! Great recommendations on things to see in the city. The location is a shot walk from the French Quarter, but it was nice to get away. The pool photos on trip advisor are misleading, but there is a rooftop pool!

Stayed for a week for a trade show. Had a large corner room, quiet with no noise from the street. I was worried about this (noise) since the hotel is only 5 stories - in the warehouse district of NOLA. Hotel is located close to many good NOLA restaurants: Emeril's, Bouchon, etc. It is away from the dirt and grime of Bourbon Street, too. Plus is close location to Convention Center, just three blocks or so walk. In summary, a very good Marriott experience, convenient location which provides a good place to explore the NOLA warehouse district.

Great hotel. Although not square in the middle of the french quarters, this place was close enough of a walk to get to see all that New Orleans offers. Close to the Market area and a great find in my opinion as we enjoyed the look, feel, comfort and staff hospitality this hotel had to offer. Glad to have found this comfortable place and looking forward to our return stay at this property.

Great property, service and location. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Only a short walk to the French Quarter, but just enough distance from the crowds. We would certainly return to this hotel!

We were on a planned trip to New Orleans to celebrate Anniversary/Birthday for 4 days/3 nights. The first hotel that we stayed in was not so pleasing. So we checked out early, we had one more day left.. And we found The Renaissance Arts Hotel. We were in Heaven! I hate that we didn't find this hotel first! It features art from different artists. It is spacious and wide open. The rooms are HUGE, CLEAN, and QUIET! The pool is on the roof and at night, the New Orleans skyline is breath-taking! The staff was the icing on the cake! This hotel saved our trip!!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and found the service to be great. Really friendly staff, the rooms were sufficiently comfortable and the walk from the French district good for the body and soul. The bar tender was fabulous and made a very nice cocktail. Try the Pear Martini, you will be glad you did. I would stay here again.
