This hotel was very cute, quaint, modern. The breakfast was great the staff was friendly an the courtyard was very nice. The only problem was the parking. We have an expedition and the spaces and parking area is DEFINITELY made for smaller vehicles.

Wonderful hotel and the staff have charm and southern hospitality to match. Location is excellent, within strolling distance of everything in the French Quarter. The rooms are in character. Would stay here again!

Our hotel was changed to B.W. at last minute and so not of our choice. When we checked in given a room looking at a wall. Asked to change rooms and this was done without hesitation. From then on in we enjoyed the hotel and thought the staff were very helpful especially Glenn behind the desk. Southern hospitality at its best. As an added bonus they gave complimentary breakfast which was acceptable. A Nice small hotel a on edge of French Quarter.

Room Tip: Ask for one overlooking courtyard

Nice and welcomed surprise during our travel from Ville Platte La, back to Warner Robins Ga. We did an overnight stay, and really enjoyed it. The front desk staff was very helpful and so friendly. They provided us with directions and recommendations to make our short stay a good one. The hotel facilities (room/pool area/reception area/bar area) were all nicely and quaintly appointed. The free continental breakfast was filling...nothing to brag about, but everything was well presented/clean and the hot items hot and cold items cold. Our room was two double beds, shower stall, no tub--which was cool with me. Not huge, but still very nice, very clean, and decorated well. The beds were very comfy and the room was fresh smelling without any musty order. The pool was small, but well nestled in the courtyard area, and smartly set in a naturally shaded and enclosed area...very cozy and inviting for relaxing, drinks, and eating. My family and I will be returning for a longer stay, this hotel will definitely be on my list. One thing--the elevators are really small, so call ahead if you someone in your party uses a wheelchair or requires handicap accessibility. Also, some of the outside walkways are also narrow, so that could also be a concern for handicap accessibility. Call ahead to ensure these things won't hinder your enjoyment of your planned stay. Bottom line, for me and my sisters; we had a great overnight stay. Were impressed with the facilities/staff/location/amenities, etc, and intend to return later this year. Oh yeah, if you need anything, ask for Mr. Deare, he's head of housekeeping, he'll make it happen.

Room Tip: If you really want quiet, ask for a room on the back end. If you want a nice visual; ask for a room...

First trip and had a great place to stay for five days. Price was right and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Had a room away from the street overlooking the pool; and it was very quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. Never noticed a strange smell as did a previous rater. Location is excellent - we walked to Bourbon Street every day and feel that New Orleans is the most friendly city we have ever visited. Hope to stay there again soon.

I frequent this hotel on business and pleasure trips. The rooms are always nice. The location is great due to it being away from noise of Bourbon St. but in short walking distance to Bourbon St. The price is very good for New Orleans. The courtyard i s nice to lounge in beside the pool. The rooms have a safe and separate shower/toilet which is also nice have.

Room Tip: Pick an outside room facing the courtyard

this was a good place...for the hand i was dealt. I traveled w 7 females...myself included. the hotel was nice, great continental breakfast. the best part of the hotel was TY, the bartender. 2-10pm, he's the best. the others were doable...next time I might come stay here, otherwise ill just visit when Ty is working. to be honest, he was the only cool thing about that place. the other ppl who worked there were cool I just felt like they judged me for being wasted the whole time...but it's NOLA...you're supposed to be drunk. go for the bar. if you go to stay that's cool too, just kno they won't give you a room key unless ur names on the bill, I had to sleep in the lobby/pool one night bc I was denied a room key (even tho i paid for part of the room). just go in from 2-10 when Ty is working, that's enough to make the stay worth it. no joke.
