Stayed one night on Monday, 3-11-13. Arrived at the hotel to check in and visited the lobby restrooms. What a mess, the restroom was not stock with any essentials and obviously had not been cleaned or checked for some time. First bad impression. I notified an employee who promptly took care of restocking the bathroom. But again, this should be done on a routine basis and gave me concern for our decision to stay here. We were first assigned a room that was an interior room that had a window looking out onto a 4 foot hallway. It would have been like staying in a cave. I had read about these rooms in other reviews and had specifically requested a room with a window facing outside. I called the front desk and they moved us to a room with an outside window. The room was adequate, nothing special. My wife noted hairs in the bathtub which tells me the the person checking the room before they are assigned isn't checking the room very well. We washed the hairs down the drain and didn't bother to notify management. At about 3 in the morning the room next door had music blaring which woke us up. We called the front desk and this matter was handled promptly. Bottom line, this hotel is definitely not luxurious and is a base hotel (a place to sleep). The price was right compared to other hotels in the area and the located was excellent. So if your looking at pulling an all nighter in the quarter and having a place to sleep it off this might be the hotel for you.

From the assistance received by the valet (very nice and helpful) to the check in/check/out process, done by very nice and efficient clerks, we experienced a very pleasant stay. Your staff is your best asset and we really enjoyed our stay. A larger parking garage would be nice.

Due to the layout of our hotel property, the self parking garage can only accommodate small to medium vehicles, but we have a second parking option which is valet and they can accommodate larger vehicles.
