This is the perfect hotel on Bourbon street. Right on the corner of Bourbon and Toulouse. We had a Bourbon Street balcony which was spectacular. The room was a bit small but location, location, location ! The room was spotless, bed was fantastic. The balcony we had was shared but that was just fine. We met some very nice people. The lobby was beautiful with a bar and restaurant. A pool in the courtyard also. All of the staff were completely wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was a bit pricey but was worth every penny. I have stayed at many hotels in or near the French Quarter. You can find a cheaper, bigger room but this by far is my favorite.

Room Tip: Toulouse balconies are a bit loud due to the 80's bar next door. I have stayed there when it was...

Booked a room for a Saturday evening in August. Turned out to be a night with a lot of revelers on Bourbon Street so we were nervous about how quiet the hotel would be. First, the lobby is lovely - modern and chic with a bar, lounge area and sundries.

Room was not huge, but came with two double beds and looked very clean and fresh. Had a room facing the parking lot, which was fine. We wanted quiet and that room delivered! Bathroom isn't large, but has all of the needed amenities. Liked the security of having to show a room key at night to get entry as well. Only disturbance was some loud patrons in the hallway at 3 am which quickly died down. That could happen at any hotel.

Next day, we were able to leave our luggage at the bell desk while wandering around the city before our flight. Service was pleasant, delivered with a smile, and seemed genuine. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Room Tip: As for a courtyard room if you want something quieter. You won't have a great view, but it'...

Loved this hotel! Smaller and in the old Opera building, it has lots of charm. A lovely courtyard and pool in the back and comfortable rooms that aren't too cramped. Now, that is not to say they are spacious but better than many I have been in. We wanted a quiet location and chose a room in the back and not facing the pool. I think those rooms are a bit bigger. The staff was gracious and helpful and the location fabulous!

Because we were out and about in New Orleans we didn't eat at the hotel so I have no idea about the food. I did use the gym area which is small and difficult to use if three or more people are there.

Room Tip: Room choice here depends on what you are looking for. If you want the fun of Bourbon Street but not...

This has the most amazing location and is close to every and anything you need. Rooms are a bit small but that is to be expected in the french quarter. Lots of history involving this building. They have free coffee until 9am then you have to pay which I thought was odd. Parking is also pricey but secure and easy, you will not need car much anyways. Staff is very friendly and always acknowledge you. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Good location in NOLA. CENTER of Bourbon Street. The Hotel overall was clean. It had a gym which was a plus. A pool that was way too hot because of the weather and the customer service lacked. There is a restaurant here but we didnt try it. It had a breakfast buffett for $15. It was ok. Basic food and not nawlins style food. GO out for that. OVERALL: I would stay there again for location.

Room Tip: If you dont want people hanging out on the balconies while you sleep, DON'T CHOOSE ONE!

GREAT location right in the heart of the French Quarter but be prepared to find homeless sleeping on the street in the front of the hotel in the morning. Stayed 2 nights, 2 different rooms. Check in was fast & professional. 1st room on the 4th floor had hair in the bath tub, used match & chex mix on the floor. Busy hotel & I'm sure the cleaning staff is over worked. Next day my friend had to much fun on Bourbon St. & was "sick". Staff told me they were sold out of 2 bedrooms. I went back to room and booked another night thru SPG website with confirmation on a 2 bedroom. Had to wait a bit for reservation to come through front desk computer. Still insisting no rooms with 2 beds available we were put on the 2nd floor, pool view with a balcony. Nice upgrade.Group of rowdies waiting on their room took advantage of the pool & their loud behavior & cooler full of jello shots made me feel like I was at a frat party. But heck, it Friday in New Orleans. What's a girl to do? Room was clean & appeared more spacious with the 1 large king bed. Beds & pillows are super comfy! Bathrooms & tub are SMALL. Called to have remote fixed & help was sent up immediately. The staff are friendly, helpful & professional from desk clerks, luggage & valet. Female bartender leaves little to be desired. Not very friendly but did let me sample the beer they were promoting. Not impressed so didn't use the B1G1 free chip they gave me at check in. $33.60 a day for parking is a kicker.

The hotel and room was very clean and renovated. THe staff was friendly and helpful when asked but often were talking or standing around instead of being proactive or attentive. The resturant's food was awful. The main dishes were missing main ingredients but were still served. The food was expensive and had no taste.
