We read about this place while researching the music scene in New Orleans--check out their history--quirky and interesting.
How can you not love a place that is part music and dance hall, part family entertainment, part restaurant, part bar, part bowling, and pure fun?
The staff and entertainers here are friendly (met Kermit Ruffins and his lovely wife there), food is basic but fast and good at fair prices. The people who go here are ready to dance and party. It's not near the French Quarter, but is well worth the cab fare.
It's on our "must do" list every time we're back in New Orleans.
