Had a great tour led by our guide, Tom Whelen! He was very knowledgeable about the French quarter and I learned a lot about the local history and got suggestions about local places to check out after the tour. This tour would be a great way to start your visit to New Orleans, it will give you the lay of the land and provide a lot of context to other tours or activities you'll do later. Absolutely recommend!

Not only did our guide James have a great grasp of the Vieux Carre’s geopolitical and economic history, he also emphasized its residents’ role in the arts and improving living conditions in the neighborhood.

This tour is very fun and informative. Our tour guide, Mac Corbin, is very knowledgeable in both the history and architecture of the Garden District. We highly recommend this tour to everyone who want to learn more about the incredible architecture, culture, climate, political events, and famous figures behind the facades of these grand residences.

You don't have to be Irish to enjoy this tour but, if you are, it is an enlightening and enjoyable experience. Colleen sets the stage as a life-long resident of the "Channel." She'll take you down memory lane if you're a native of the city and through the annals of history to tell the story of how the Irish made New Orleans what it is today.

Roger gave us a great tour of the the Quarter. It is nice that there is a volunteer tour guide force dedicated to the preservation of New Orleans.
