Have eaten here several times and really love the small plate format. Every choice was very tasty and it's fun to order a variety of dishes and pass them around.

Walking, looked like rain, stopped and had great food and a wonderful experience. Great chorizo slider, wine selection was phenomenal for what looked like a local corner pub.

I was disappointed in this visit. Not by the restaurant and staff but by my fellow diners. No one wanted to do tapas! Kind of hard to do them by yourself so I had a flat bread pizza. Flat bread was wonderful, cheese sort of didn't adhere so it was a bit messy but very good. The mussels my husband and friend had came in 7 different sauces. They loved them. Sangria was good not too sweet. I'd love to come back and have tapas. They looked so good!

Third time visiting New Orleans and we've come across an amazing restaurant on Magazine Street called Salu. We had an outdoor lunch on our first visit - small plates that were so good (try the meatballs, potatoes, lamb lollipops). We were so impressed that we wanted to come back on another day for dinner. This time we sat indoors - quite nice. Again we went for small plates and the mushroom flatbread as a starter. Once again we were very happy with our meal. The service was friendly and helpful. The drinks came a bit late to our table, but other than that we were pleasantly surprised - both by the quality of the food, the low prices. A new chef was hired about one month ago and he changed many items on the menu. Since then, the resto has been receiving more business - good for them, they deserve it.

Visiting NOLA to see the university and ate here with family members. The food was super great and wonderfully unique.
The flatbread pizzas were fantastic--we had the Fig/Proscuitto and Wild Mushroom with caramelized onions and creamy goat cheese that would turn anyone who thought they didn't like goat cheese into goat cheese fans. The duck breast salad was perfectly sized and the duck was incredibly tasty. The Crispy Artichoke hearts in creole mustard were outstanding (I'm not a big fried fan but these were light and delicate) and even tried the Half-Roasted Garlic Chicken which I would consider to be upscale comfort food and totally delicious. This was a great find and would definitely go back. You will not leave hungry! The only negative was that the service was slow, but when you are chatting up family members you haven't seen in a while, you really don't notice.
