From the outside you can't really tell what's going on in there. It's usually pretty empty and Dress It doesn't really convey what the heck it it. It's hamburgers your way and it's pretty good. I've never had bad food there and they also have a full bar.

Service staff excellent, attentive, and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of items including fresh fruits, pastries, juices, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt breads and rolls, as well as scrambled eggs, potatoes, hotcakes biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage. The only negative being that the "hot" items were usually lukewarm. Still, I believe it was worth the $14.95 price

We've eaten at this restaurant on several occasions while staying at the Wyndham La Belle Maison Resort which is right next door. We usually only order sandwiches or burgers but on our most recent visit to New Orleans, we checked into La Belle rather late in the evening and skipped dinner. By morning, we were very hungry so we walked next door and decided to try the breakfast buffet. We were very pleased with the selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. Wren, our wonderful host, was excellent!!! I think we stayed for nearly an hour because we wanted to try as much as we could. We walked a few blocks afterwards to walk off the extra bacon and home fries. I skipped dinner that night and went back the next morning and got the buffet again....this time, to go. It was just as good and the staff was just as wonderful! Great choice!!!

Was very supprised with the quality of food here at Dress it. Anything from burgers to crab cakes. Best gumbo I've had in years.

The concept behind this boutique sandwich spot in New Orleans's central business district is that patrons are able to build custom sandwiches, from selecting what kind of bread, meats, cheeses, condiments, etc... It's quick and easy and very tasty! The sweet potato fries are also very good!
