“This is just a great high end bar”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

If you want New Orleans cocktails in a nicer atmosphere, this is the place. The servers are attentive, knowledgeable, and very polite. I mean, we were drinking ramos gin fizzs, which are a pain in the butt to make, but there was never a gripe or avoidance at all. We watched them make a lot of sazeracs, always with a touch of showmanship. This is just a great high ens bar

“Perfect Sazerac”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

I only dropped in to get their signature drink, the Sazerac. Excellent and cleanly prepped. $12, not too bad considering this hotel is five star compared to where I stayed and the drinks there were more expensive. You must drop in if you appreciate the experience of having such a drink in a fine establishment.

“Great sazeracs!”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

Only drank at the Sazerac Bar and being a tourist, had to have a sazerac. Well, they were so good, we had to have more than one. A bit pricey, but worth it.

“Glamorous old world, polished new”
Reviewed March 8, 2013

You can sense all the history here - politicians and presidents - scandals and affairs. A very long bar, historic drinks, nice acoustics. Have the Sazerac - once.

“History in the DRINK making...”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

I love this hotel bar. The bartenders were knowledgeable and made great cocktails. Bar has a lot of rich New Orleans history which includes a bullet hole (read the history).
