Shopped starting at GOGO jeweler all the way to the fun women's store A girl is A Gun at 6010 Magazine Street then went to the zoo in Audubon park. Took the bus back toward downtown and ate at Juan's Flying burrito. So many friendly people and so much fun and unique stuff!

It's a bit out of the way but worth the trip; mixed of old and new; and many local artists. Love how neighborhood and cozy the area felt; and enjoyed the shopping!

If you're looking for some mom and pop stores or any antiques, this is another great area to visit. It's a long stretch but makes for a fun day to stroll around and pop into some shops. We met some great people as well - talk to the owner of Fleur De Lis and ask her about her time in Nepal. Amazing woman.

Really nice street with lovely boutiques. Sales people really charming and helpful-and sweet. Best fun was the surprise experience in Art and Eyes. A unique combination of upscale glasses and beautiful silk jackets.

Great little shops and places to grab a bite...just walk around and appreciate the old classic vinyl or just the good old NOLA artists
