Owner description: The partying never stops on Bourbon Street, the French Quarter's liveliest and wildest thoroughfare, where the rhythmic sounds of jazz, country western, Dixieland and sultry blues permeate the air. Brimming with life, you'll find everything from shopping to music to Cajun food to nightclubs.

Best drinking experience ever. We went during Wrestlemania week and I've never experienced an atmosphere anywhere near as close to it.

Bourbon street is longer and much more than expected.
The weekend we stayed in NOLA there was this red runners event, some fundraiser, and the street was absolutely crazy and full of people in red cloth drinking and having a good time.
Spend one night in Bourbon street, then move on to other parts of NOLA:)

Only reason I walked Bourbon Street was to be able to say I have done it and I gotta say I will not be doing it again. Bourbon Street is stinky, dirty, and full of street trash and hustlers!!! We were even approached by someone today and was not even on Bourbon Street. Too many people here that think its easier to hustle people and try to take their money than to get a real job!!! I do not care to visit here again!

The famous Bourbon St lives up to its name. Once the revelry gets started, there's an amazing carefree, happy and almost hedonistic attitude to the place that makes it one of the best destinations in the world for that mardi gras/party atmosphere. Venture down Bourbon St and you'll find a bars, restaurants and music to suit any taste. Pick the right time and people will throw you beads from one of the many balconies along the way. It can be extremely busy, super noisy and at times overwhelming, but it is an experience like no other.

Boubon street gave me plenty of good memories and fun. In fact, I may have went in to fun overload staying out until 4:00am. This street was full of excitment.
