Owner description: Gray Line New Orleans has been showcasing the city since 1924. Locally owned and operated, the Gray Line schedule includes the award winning Original Cocktail Tour. Another top offering is the Ghost Tour, which has been so intensely researched that the hotel with the most reported Ghost sightings in the city has invited Gray Line to produce an exhibit in their hotel. Among our professionally escorted tours are the Super City Tour, Katrina Tours, Swamp & Bayou, Airboat Swamp Tours, Oak Alley & Laura Plantation Tours, Cemetery & Voodoo, French Quarter & Garden District Walking Tours We limit the number of guests on our walking tours to enhance the experience and the view is always better from our luxurious mini-busses and motor coaches. Our Tour Guides are well trained, licensed, and want to share their personal experiences along the way. Morning to evening you can count on Gray Line New Orleans

We were in New Orleans for the first time. We took the Plantation tour, the Garden District tour & the Swamp tour. Each tour was absolutely excellent! They were very informative and entertaining! I would highly recommend Gray Line. They were great!

Our tour guide was Michael and he was one of the best tour guides I have ever had. Michael was very knowledgeable, so much so that my boyfriend wanted to do the French Quarter Walking Tour so we could hear more of the history with him but we didn't have time. Michael included ghost stories as well as some interesting history during this tour. Anyone could tell that Michael loved history and he was an awesome story teller. What a great atmosphere! Just walking around New Orleans at night and seeing historical places with a tour guide was a fun experience. I would do the same tour again because there is so much information, I'm sure they have so many more stories they could tell.

What a great tour. We went to the Jean LaFitte Swamp Tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the bayou. He grew up near the Bayou and had been doing the tour for over 15 years. We saw close to 20 alligators, and he would call them over to the boat and they would actually listen!!!!! He took us to see the part of the bayou that could not be salvaged after Hurricane Katrina. The boat was shaded, so though it was a very hot day, we couldn't really feel the heat. Our driver of the Gray Line Bus recommended many great restaurants and attractions to us (we learned how great they were after taking her recommendations) and was very charismatic. Once our swamp tour was over, we had just enough time to shop around for gifts and then the bus was there to take us back...the timing couldn't have been better. My wife and I highly recommend this tour to everyone

Took the haunted tour with Yvonne. She did a great job telling the history and telling the stories. Part way thru we stopped at a hotel and had a drink with buy one get one free. Being solo I paid full price. The drink was too fruity and weak. Threw the second one out. Spent a large part of the time sitting in the ballroom. Would have liked more stories and less sitting around. Didn't need the drink stop. The haunted tours in Charleston put this one to shame.

Please accept our apology that the Ghost Tour did not meet your expectations. It is a bustling French Quarter and many people asked for an indoor location for some of the storytelling because of the heat. We will certainly speak with the guide to make sure that the participants are comfortable with the split of time on each tour. In addition the cocktail may not suit everyone and we will discuss that as well. We all grow from commentary.
