Owner description: Gray Line New Orleans has been showcasing the city since 1924. Locally owned and operated, the Gray Line schedule includes the award winning Original Cocktail Tour. Another top offering is the Ghost Tour, which has been so intensely researched that the hotel with the most reported Ghost sightings in the city has invited Gray Line to produce an exhibit in their hotel. Among our professionally escorted tours are the Super City Tour, Katrina Tours, Swamp & Bayou, Airboat Swamp Tours, Oak Alley & Laura Plantation Tours, Cemetery & Voodoo, French Quarter & Garden District Walking Tours We limit the number of guests on our walking tours to enhance the experience and the view is always better from our luxurious mini-busses and motor coaches. Our Tour Guides are well trained, licensed, and want to share their personal experiences along the way. Morning to evening you can count on Gray Line New Orleans

I recently went on a Pirate Tour with Lori and she was simply excellent. I thought I knew a whole lot about the history of New Orleans, but Lori taught me many pieces of new information. She was very clear, spoke just at the right pace for everyone to understand and digest what she was saying, quite able to handle any questions thrown at her and fun to be with. I like the Pirate Tour for the time of the day it's offered at and the amount of history it provides in an easy going sort of way. Of course the stop at LaFitte's Blacksmith Shop and $1 off coupons given towards the amazing Hurricane's offered there are great bonuses!

This was a great tour! The stories were really vivid and I learned a lot too. And of course, the stop for a Hurricane from Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop was a nice touch. Our tour guide was super-knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Pirates, Passions, & Patriots Walking Tour the other night! First of all, taking a walking tour through the streets of the French Quarter in the early evening gives you an entirely different perspective on this beautiful & historical place! Our guide took us through the mysterious & exciting history of Jean Lafitte & piracy in early New Orleans, but it's not just that you get great stories, your guide shares them with you in the very spots where they took place hundreds of years ago!! You feel as though you're traveling back in time during this tour. Plus, you also get a $1 off coupon with your tour ticket for a delicious & freshly made Hurricane from Jean Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop, just one of many cool spots on the tour. I definitely recommend checking out this tour, the guide was knowledgeable, friendly, & a wonderful story teller & this was a great different way to experience the city!

I recently went on the Jean Lafitte Pirate Tour and have nothing but great things to say about it. The tour itself was informative and entertaining. The tour guide, Jean Paul, was dressed like a Pirate, really giving the tour some flavor. He did a great job of presenting, making sure everyone could here and stopping at the appropriate sites. Also, he knew his stuff, as he was able to answer any questions the group had for him. I would definately highly recommend the Pirate Tour and Jean Paul as your guide.

Not only was the tour guide energetic and knowledgeable, but also his excitement for the topic was contagious! Arriving in a head to toe pirate costume, including facial hair, contributed to the eagerness of the group. The buildings were beautiful and the specific places pointed out during the tour were obviously thought through, allowing for a good rhythm and easy to follow history lesson. I am eager to join grey line on more tours in New Orleans! The staff is well educated and very friendly!
