I shared a room with friends for the Rodan + Fields convention which was a few blocks away. The accommodations were perfect and Will at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty to meet our needs! Thank you!

We stayed at the CAMBRIA in Chicago last year and have always been on the lookout for other locations.

Booking and checking in was a breeze, we noticed that the hotel has plenty of parking all around, along with friendly valet staff. We arrived prior to check-in time and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and head out right away.

The location of the hotel is in pleasant walking distance to so many attractions, particularly the French Quarter, Cabildo, Riverwalk, Natchez steamboat, Casino, and so many great restaurants and eateries closeby.

The hotel is spacious, rooms airy, comfortable, clean, trendy decor, with a great upbeat atmosphere. Absolutely delightful!

Checking out was simple, big thanks to Will, who was extremely helpful and pleasant, providing additional information and facilitating the process for us and helping to make our 2nd stay with CAMBRIA yet again so memorable!

In fact, every single member of the staff was always friendly and pleasant during our entire stay, thank you for another great experience.

First, I wasn't told there was a fee for valet parking, then the valets damaged my car, and won't do anything about it! They also stole items from the console, but that was really my fault for leaving anything in the car!

The hotel was beautiful and service was great, but the fact that they allowed their valets (some fly-by-night 3rd party outfit) to damage my classic car and then refuse to do anything about it, turned a 4-star rating into a 1-star in my book!

If you choose to stay here park your car yourself!

Dear Aventerurer816911,

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. As yu have provided new details to us on TripAdvisor, please contact the Assistant General Manager, Taylor McInerney at 504-312-4975 or at tmicnerney@cambrianeworleans.com.

As stated from your emails, the car did have damage before and there was no mention of theft. This seems to be a dramatic recount of events that did not take place. No damage was reported to us prior to you departing the hotel. Parking charges are posted on all websites as to not deceive any guests.

As all of our reviews show, we and our partners deliver a high level of exemplary service that has lead us to be the #1 Hotel in New Orleans. This posting seems to be a blatant attempt to receive something for nothing and not reward our staff for the amazing job they do.

I encourage all potential guests to review the multitude of exceptional review we have received in order to view a true experience at the hotel.

Taylor McInerney

My wife and I decided to spend a few days in New Orleans to celebrate her birthday. I had never been to NO; she had only been once many years ago.

We are rewards members with another hotel group, but based on its #1 hotel rating on Trip Advisor, I decided to reach out to Cambria Assistant GM Taylor McInerney to see what assistance, if any, he could offer in helping make our stay in New Orleans extra special. Well, "extra special" turned out to be an understatement. Not only did Taylor provide exemplary communication (as evidenced by his responses to reviews), but he went above and beyond in coordinating airport transportation as well as arranging for wine, an appetizer, and a birthday cake to be set up in our room as a surprise for my wife upon our arrival. It truly was professional service with a personal touch. Taylor and the Cambria staff were exceptional in helping make this an amazing and memorable stay. They alone are reason enough to return, but the hotel itself is extraordinary.

The Cambria's aesthetics and decor are unique and welcoming to any traveler. The reception area was inviting, and Sharon at the front desk was insightful with suggestions of where to go and what to see. The restaurant, where we met Gabe, the F&B manager, offered tasteful breakfasts that we thoroughly enjoyed before starting our daily adventures. For nightcaps, we had the pleasure of being served by Anthony at the bar. From its comfort to its cleanliness, our room, which included a spacious bathroom and shower, was outstanding. The Cambria's location is ideal; it's within walking distance to all of the popular spots and locales but just far enough away from them when you prefer a more tranquil environment.

From its staff to its amenities, the Cambria is deserving of its #1 hotel rating on Trip Advisor. It certainly made our stay in New Orleans extra special!

The location of the hotel was very good for our needs. It was nice and close to the cruise terminal. We were able to walk to the Superdome for the Saints game, the French Quarter for food and sights and the WWII Museum for some history. Good restaurants within walking distance. The room was incredible and the hotel is really great. Didn't eat here so I can't speak to that. As for the front desk, any time we had to interact with them seemed to take forever and was a little hit and miss with respect to pleasantness, thus the 4/5.

Well worth the stay. We would stay here again for sure.
