The staff acted like the Ritz staff, attentive, smiling, very professional and accommodating. From the Front Desk, to Room Attendants, to Breakfast Attendants up to the Management. Best kept and run Hampton Inn I have had the pleasure of staying. We are older and they were all very patient and helpful for our five night stay during the Clean Show. Thank you one and all.

Love this property in the Warehouse District, particularly the suites in the older part of the hotel. Great service and friendly and accommodating staff. Complimentary breakfast provides a good variety of options and complimentary beverages and whole fresh fruit are available all day!

I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel and the great service staff. This is a great location if you are attending a function at the Convention Center, otherwise it is in the middle of nowhere. The closest activity is the World War 2 Museum and the closest restaurant is Cochun. If you are more interested in activities in the French Quarter, I would recommend staying closer to Canal St.

2nd Stay. Love this hotel. Outstanding staff, suites and location. Ernest Morial Convention Center right across the street, as well as a quiet manicured park just steps away. I prefer the Older section of the Hampton Inn's two connected buildings, due to the 14Ft. high ceiling and 8Ft. windows. The Hotel was a former warehouse/ factory. Wow Factor AA+ Very Special thanks to Mgrs. David and Charlene, Front desk: Jenae- Darrell- Lee- and Christopher. Bartender Tara and Bellman John. Thank you all for a job well done. Free breakfast is much more than you'd expect. $6 Dollar cab to the French Quarter and Bourbon St. 10 min. Walk to Gordon Biersch and Grand Isle's restaurants. Good eats.

Room Tip: Request a room in the older side of the connected buildings.

We stayed at this hotel for the last three nights of our tour of the Deep South, and this was our favourite of the 6 hotels we stayed in. The warehouse has been lovingly restored and decorated, with old-fashioned furniture and gorgeous polished wooden floor in the communal areas. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The included buffet breakfast was well received. The pool area was clean, with towels and sun loungers included. Hotel is a short walk to the trolley bus at Julia Street, where you jump on a trolley bus into the heart of the French Quarter for only $1.50.
Loved the hotel, and would stay here again like a shot if we were in the area again!
