Lovingly renovated with its prestigious past in mind, The Orleans Grapevine continues the tradition by offering discriminating diners the best in fine dining and an extensive wine list in a beautiful, intimate yet relaxed atmosphere. Large wine selection, an adorable waitress and yummy appetizers...the food also looked delicious, but we had dinner reservations elsewhere so we just did a small sampling. Would definitely recommend!

A nice little restaurant on a cross-street (720 Orleans Ave) from sleezy Bourbon St. Nice indoors section and cool courtyard. Reasonable prices and wait-staff that were genial rather than the glum standard found elsewhere in New Orleans. Better than the more well-known spots on the main streets

Orleans Grapevine is a wonderful little place. There's a nice bar in the front staffed by friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. There's an indoor dining area and a beautiful tropical courtyard out back. The food is interesting and delicious and varies from week to week. They do amazing things with brie here. The wait staff is really professional and gracious. Ask for Leslie - she's amazing with wine pairings and so very nice!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on our week long stay in NOLA. We had met a local couple who had suggested it upon discovering we were wine lovers. I absolutely could not have been more pleased. A small, quiet, cozy place with excellent vintage decor. We sat inside and our server, Leslie could not have been more lovely. The wine list is extensive and definitely has something for everyone. Leslie was so knowledgable and passionate about wine, we took her advice and suggestions and were happy we did. The food was incredible from my baked brie appetizer, to my melt-in-your-mouth filet, to my dessert. Such a wonderful change from cocktails and crawfish! LOVED!

We practically ate everything on the menu and loved it. If you like mussels order the saffron one over the other choice. The evangeline chicken is fabulous unless you don't like sage. The best gumbo in town, the salads are refreshing and perfectly dressed. The wait staff are the best. It's worth every penny you spend.
