Gerald and his staff make you feel at home at this amazingly quaint and personalized bistro. I went there twice during my stay in New Orleans. The wine list is varied and includes old favorites and new ones to try. The staff even remembered what wine I liked when I came in a week earlier! The adorable courtyard tables fill up quickly so arrive early. The food is delicious! I had the BBQ shrimp, Brie with strawberries and New York Strip paired with an Argentinian wine and their house wine with dessert....it was heavenly! Many thanks to the managers and staff for making me feel so welcomed!

Quaint little place with a good atmosphere. We ordered 2 drinks and were going to split the mussels but they never appeared. It seems they were given to another table. The manager came over to apologize to us and then doubled up the size of the order and didn't charge us. Now THAT'S customer service!

The ambience of the courtyard was great, as was the menu. Unfortunately the food arrived lukewarm and we sent it back. It came back two minutes later, clearly having been microwaved. We were unhappy at this and complained again. That's the end of the bad stuff. The staff were very apologetic and said that new meals would be cooked. We didn't mind waiting and when it eventually arrived it was delicious. The management waived the cost of the desserts for our inconvenience. Although the matter was dealt with well, it's a pity it had to happen in the first place and it put us off a repeat visit.

We love continue coming to this place. Not only do they have a great atmosphere and patio, but the wine is delicious. You know that they go above and beyond to find wines that are awesome and fit every budget. On top of it, the service is awesome. On our last trip we even left a little something at the table and they sent it to our home. All that's to say, we will continue to visit the Grapevine on every trip to New Orleans.

Our little blonde waitress was horrible she was rude and not professional at all. Her name started with an H. I thought the food was good but will not go back due to poor service. She should not be allowed to work in an upscale restaurant.
