This is a small restaurant in the Quarter that is trying to pattern itself as a French Bistro. The food is excellent; no one in our party had any complaints about the food. The decor is charming. However, the restaurant is noisy due to the design (bare brick walls, tin roof ceiling) and the small size of the place; the four of us in our party had difficulty carrying on normal conversation due to the noise. Wine list is excellent; it should be since they market themselves as a wine bar. Service is so-so. Our waitress made a mistake on our bill (charged us for an extra dessert. It took a little while to get her attention, but once we did, she corrected the bill without any problems. The tip was NOT automatically added to our bill as a previous reviewer had noted. The food is somewhat pricey; our bill was over $175 for 4 with no appetizers and only 1 glass of wine each for 2 in our party.
