Road closed during the day and there are some really good street musicians there plus lots of nice shops.

Royal Street was one of many streets in the French Quarter part of New Orleans. So interesting to walk about and go into the different shops/restaurants.

For any traveler who loves antiques or just look at some old cool stuff, this is the street for you. The have antiques up and down the street. The think you left one and somehow another one is there with open doors. There is antique sword and military place that is near the corner of Royal and St. Louis that we will definitely have to go back to look at.

I spent 3 nights in June for my mom's birthday. We received a teacher rate which was terrific and the staff was friendly. However, one staff member in particular made our stay at the Wyndham great & her name was Ms. Crystal Rand. This young lady was pleasant and professional from the time we checked in until our departure. Ms. Rand went above and beyond to make sure our request we're taken care of immediately and we were cared for she was an awesome young lady. Overall, the staff was very gracious and accommodating however Crystal was indeed the highlight of our trip. All in all, the Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter was a very nice place to stay and we will return thanks to great, customer service exhibited by Ms. Rand! Keep up the good work Wyndham!

I loved walking in the shops and seeing things that you don't see ordinarily. They have a lot of Jewelry stores, unique suvioner shops and art galleries.
