The city is getting ready for the Super Bowl. The sidewalks are torn up and there are holes in the street. Saw several people trip.

The shops are very interesting and the crowds aren't as big as bourbon. Still French quarter...way fun.

Don't miss Royal Street!
Bourbon Street is definitely more famous, but Royal Street has a different flair with all the various stylish stores and antique shops.
Definitely a must!
