Ms Sandra was adorable and entertaining. Her life stories and cooking tips from years of experience were wonderful. Food portions were perfect for lunch!

I highly recommend a cooking class at New Orleans School of Cooking, and I don't cook!! Chef Toya Boudy was so engaging, spiced up the class with facts and anecdotes about New Orleans. The food was fabulous and plentiful, and the beer didn't hurt either! The entire staff was very efficient and anticipated guests needs.

In summary, with only 30 bucks you will have: meeting new friends, live show with lot of fun by Steve who is not only a great cook but a real show man, a great lunch in a pure creole style, a guide of New Orleans, a great shop where to buy products and souvenir. My favourite of our visit of the beautifull New Orleans.

Loved this cooking school! What a great way to spend the morning in New Orleans. Chef Kevin was a hoot; he kept us laughing the whole time. He cooked red beans and rice, gumbo, pralines and pecan pie. Best of all, we got to sample everything. This was an experience I would repeat again and again. Well worth the time.

We ran into a lady in a bar who just raved about her experience here. It wasn't even on our radar before that. It was a rainy weekend which precluded other activities, so we thought, what the heck, why not? We're sure glad we did. Check Kevin was wonderful....entertaining, informative, and oh yeah.... a hell of a chef. We're both fairly good cooks.....and we both picked up a few new tricks to try at home. Pralines were out of this world good and Chef Kevin even let me lick the spoon. Heaven! The price was amazingly reasonable. (And free Abita? Oh yeah!)
