There is usually a wait for a table here, but it's worthwhile. The food is definitely a fusion of Americana, SW and who knows whatever else, but it's all tasty.

One of the best gluten-free places in Madison, but my biggest gripe is that they will charge extra to use gluten-free bread on sandwiches and burgers. They will also bring out gluten-free bread before your meal, which is excellent, but will charge extra; however I would recommend this as their butter is amazing.
