We've been enjoying the food at the Copper Top for the last eight years. It's time to give the restaurant the kudos it deserves. Five of us ate at the restaurant on a cold Sunday morning. I had the garden veggie omelet. It was served with hashed browns and a side of two pancakes. The food at Copper Top is always fresh. There's nothing pre-cooked and warmed up. There's a large variety of entres to choose from. It seems the owner/manager is always present and ensures everyone is taken care of. The servers are fast and pay attention to special requests, like asking for sugar-free syrup for pancakes. And, they appear to be having fun; I see them smiling all of the time -- a sign that they must enjoy their jobs. While the decor isn't fancy, the Copper Top is clean, and they have a system that gets people in and out expeditiously. If you're looking for a variety of food selections, good, friendly service and value, stop at the Copper Top.
